By booking a station or hanging out at CTRL+ALT+REFRESH, you agree to these terms and to treating the space, and each other, with care. Menu items, prices, and hours shown on this website are informational and may change — the counter is the source of truth. Your use of this website is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
Right now, booking a station or reserving for an event happens by emailing ctrlaltrefreshllc@gmail.com. This site doesn't yet have a self-serve booking flow. Once you're checked in, sessions are billed hourly from your check-in time, and reservations are held for 15 minutes past the start time before being released to waiting guests.
Our rigs, keyboards, and headsets are shared treasures. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged to your account. Food is welcome at your station; we just ask that greasy fingers meet a napkin before they meet a keycap.
No cheating software, no harassment, no account sharing on our machines. Rage quitting is permitted; rage throwing is not.
Cancel by emailing ctrlaltrefreshllc@gmail.com up to 2 hours before your booking for a full refund. Bake drop preorders are final once the drop closes. The oven waits for no one.
CTRL+ALT+REFRESH is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, dropped connections or outages beyond our control, or heartbreak caused by ranked matchmaking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your visit or use of our equipment is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your visit will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
